Yes. Solara Apartments is a pet-friendly community. Each apartment may have up to two pets. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $375 applies, along with monthly pet rent based on the type of animal. Please contact our leasing office for current pet rent rates and breed restrictions.
Can I apply for an apartment online?
Yes. You can complete your apartment application online through our website. Once your application is submitted, our leasing team will review your information and guide you through the next steps.
What lease terms are available?
Solara Apartments offers lease terms ranging from 6 to 15 months, depending on seasonal availability. Please contact our leasing office for current lease options and availability.
Is there a resident portal or mobile app?
Yes. Every resident has access to an online resident portal and mobile app where they can make rent payments, view account balances, submit maintenance requests, set up automatic payments, and manage their lease online.
